The Fairfield Inn Proud to have Celebrated
250
Years
1757-2007 Proud to announce that President George Bush sent a personally signed Congratulatory
Letter to the owners, management and staff of The Fairfield Inn for continuing the 250-year tradition of excellent
service, fine food and gracious accommodations. Governor Ed Rendell made a special visit
to have a private lunch with Sal & Joan Chandon, their daughter, Alexandra, and Joan's mother, Olga Krossick, to present
in person the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Proclamtion citing the Inn's "unprecedented success throughout the years
truly representing the finest in Pennsylvania dining experiences". Judge Marjory Rendell
visited for lunch during the Inn's 250th Anniversary Celebration and Representative Dan Moul,
on behalf of The House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, presented the Chandons with a Citation recognizing
The Fairfield Inn as one of only five in America that has been in continuous operation since the 1700's! Original 1757 Fireplace still used today!
